Eligibility

Exchanges: request within 7 days of delivery.

Returns: request within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.

Proof of purchase required.

Final-sale, gift cards, and customised items are not returnable unless faulty.
How to start an exchange/return
Email support@lapseven.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and an RMA.
Return shipping costs

If the issue is not our fault (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), customer pays return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping (pre-paid label) or refund reasonable costs.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item (typically 5–10 business days).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

One exchange per order. If the replacement is unavailable, we refund.
Condition checks
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above (worn, washed, missing tags, odor, damage).
