Terms of Sale

1. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., stock errors, pricing mistakes, fraud checks). You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation.

2. Pricing & taxes
Prices are shown in GBP, taxes included where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

3. Payment
We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you’re authorised to use the payment method.

4. Shipping & risk
Title and risk pass on delivery to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & exchanges
See Return & Refund Policy above (exchange within 7 days; returns within 30 days; customer pays return shipping unless our fault).

6. Faulty items
If an item is defective or not as described, contact support@lapseven.com. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with applicable law.

7. Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch; after dispatch, please follow the returns process.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lap Seven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law applies.
