Processing time
Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Pre-orders ship by the estimated date shown on the product page.

Delivery estimates
United Kingdom: 6–8 working days (tracked). Remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates exclude processing time and public holidays.

Shipping rates & tracking
Rates are shown at checkout. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Address issues & failed delivery
Please double-check your address. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund minus original shipping.

Lost or damaged parcels
Report within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery for lost items) at support@lapseven.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.

Customs & taxes
Prices shown include applicable taxes where required. If any duties/taxes are due for your destination, we’ll either collect them at checkout or inform you before shipping so there are no surprises on delivery.
